Choose your type of client portal

Go to Settings > Client Portals to create your first client portal and choose the appropriate type:

• KYB Client Portal – Ideal for onboarding businesses, allowing the verification of multiple companies and individuals within the same case.

• KYC Client Portal – Best for onboarding a single individual (natural person).

You’ll also be able to set a default language for the portal. (Note: Translations can be added later if needed.)
